Upon exiting the Lisbon airport, you have several options:

  • Taxi: Grab a taxi from the designated taxi ranks outside the airport terminal. The journey to Carcavelos typically takes around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Ride-Hailing Apps: Use apps like Uber or Bolt to request a ride to Carcavelos.
  • Shuttle Service: We offer shuttle services from the airport to the Surf Camp. When booking your stay you can add the shuttle service.
  • From Lisbon Airport, take the metro (Red Line) towards São Sebastião.
  • Transfer at Alameda station to the Green Line heading towards Cais do Sodré.
  • Get off at Cais do Sodré station.
  • From Cais do Sodré, take the train towards Cascais.
  • Get off at Carcavelos station.
  • From Carcavelos station, it’s a short walk or taxi ride to the surf house.
  • From Lisbon Airport, follow signs for the A5 motorway (Autoestrada do Estoril) towards Cascais.
  • Continue on the A5 for approximately 25 kilometers.
  • Take exit 9 towards Carcavelos.
  • Merge onto Avenida Tenente Coronel José Domingos de Azevedo.
  • Follow signs to your specific surf house in Carcavelos.
